Yes, I agree and understand that my wedding officiant will not arrive any earlier than 30 minutes prior to the wedding start time. I also agree to communicate this to my wedding coordinator. 

The officiant will check with the wedding coordinator/venue about placement and microphone (if applicable).

If the wedding starts more than 30 minutes late, I agree and understand that the officiant is not guaranteed to be able to stay, and the entire fee is nonrefundable. 

Yes, I agree and understand that a $50 fee will be added to the officiating of $400 if the driving distance is beyond 50 miles of Franklin, Tennessee. 

Yes, I agree it is the couple's responsibility to retrieve and mail/take back their wedding license within the specified amount of time given at the courthouse/clerk's office. The officiant does not handle mailing or delivering the wedding license. The officiant only signs the license. 

Yes, I agree to pay my wedding fee ($400 base rate plus any additional agreed-upon fees) anytime between booking my officiant and one week before my wedding.
